Standing 19 stories tall, with 263 all-suite accommodations, all of our Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites include private screened-in balconies, luxurious bedding packages and complimentary high-speed internet. Our suites range from 445 square feet to 2195 square feet and most feature full living rooms and kitchens. Pet-friendly accommodations are available upon request.

With over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space, the newly opened Resort at MarinaVillage is the perfect destination for groups of 10-300. Our meeting rooms offer natural light, 11 and 12 foot ceilings as well as projectors and screens coming down from the ceiling allowing more room for seating. The Resort offers a 24-hour business center to check emails, print documents and make copies. Our outdoor function space features views of the Caloosahatchee River, the Gulf of Mexico and Tarpon Point Marina.
